The Settlers: New Allies coming to PC on February 17 and later on consoles

Ubisoft shares a new look at its new real-time strategy title The Settlers: New Allies, detailing its three main game modes, plus the two editions that will be available at launch.
The Settlers: News Allies, also known as just The Settlers, will finally be released on February 17 for PC and can already be reserved through Ubisoft Connect and the Epic Games Store after suffering a slight delay due to the negative reactions it received in its March beta. On the other hand, Ubisoft has confirmed through a press release that versions for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and Amazon Luna consoles are also in development ; this last platform requires linking an account and a multiple access plan. Below you can see a new and extensive gameplay that summarizes its key features:
The three main game modes
– Single Player Campaign: Forced to flee their homeland, the Elari will have no choice but to settle in new and unfamiliar territories. These new Settlers will have to face a great number of challenges on their journey, from the assault of cruel bandits to the discovery of the new culture of these lands.
– Hardcore Mode: By being able to play in new settings, players will enjoy a wide range of modifiers and conditions that make the AI opponent even more challenging. Adaptability is key in this new mode, which will put the best to the test, alone or with friends.
– Skirmish: Players will be able to play solo against the AI, in cooperative mode against the AI, or in PvP mode with up to eight players on the 12 maps available at launch.
We remind you that The Settlers: New Allies is being developed in the Snowdrop graphics engine and that it is a restart of the series.
The two launch editions available:
– Standard Edition: Original game.
– Deluxe Edition: Original game, Deluxe Pack (digital game content and digital artbook with soundtrack), and Explorers Pack (digital game content).
