Saints Row is updated fixing more than 200 bugs with an emphasis on stability and cooperative: all the details
Saints Row has been on the market for several weeks. Specifically since the end of August, but Embracer Group have not been very happy with the sales made. In addition to this, its developer studio will become part of Gearbox. Players were aware that the game needed a lot more care to minimize the bugs. Now it seems that one of the big updates have arrived.
The title has been updated with more than 200 bug fixes. This new patch mainly focuses on stability, quality of life, co-op and gameplay. Volition confirmed that this update is just the beginning of continued support for the game over the next few months. They have acknowledged that this update has taken a little longer than they would have liked.
Several users reported that the rewards in the challenges were not being granted , so that bug has already been fixed. In addition to that, slight issues with customization have been resolved. Likewise, the quality of life of the vehicles, combat and interface have been modified with the aim of making the return to Santo Ileso “smoother and more rewarding”, according to the official website of Saints Row.
“We wanted to include as many significant fixes and new features in this first major update, and the best way to do that was to focus on one larger patch, rather than releasing a series of smaller patches. We’ll keep working on quality additions of life and the new features requested by the community”, Volition point out.
If we are aware that it is a title to disconnect and enjoy casual entertainment, we can enjoy a great experience. Of course, we must ask a studio like Volition for more in terms of news and innovation for a game that sins of being excessively generic.
