Neon White one of the best indies of 2022 arrives on PS5 & PS4 on December 13

Ben Esposito, director of Neon White, has announced that his latest project will be available on PlayStation consoles this month. It will arrive with next-gen improvements for PS5.
It has been available on Switch and PC since June of this year, but from now on the acclaimed Neon White will also be playable on PlayStation consoles. The game director himself, Ben Esposito, has announced this new version on the official PlayStation blog, where he revealed some more details such as its release date: it will arrive on December 13 on PS5 and PS4.
Neon White is a peculiar first-person action game in which we carry out our actions through cards : discarding or activating different cards will give us different results that will allow us to make special moves through a world that is as surreal as it is stylized. In addition, moments of dialogue and relationship with other characters are combined , represented in a charismatic anime aesthetic.
Next-gen features for the PS5 version
Taking advantage of its launch on PS5, Ben Esposito and the Angel Matrix team have introduced a series of their own features for the next-gen version of Neon White . For example, the director says that the game will work at 120 hz (as long as we have a compatible screen) and that it will also load much faster thanks to the SSD. Of course, it will also make use of the haptic features of the DualSense, such as its adaptive triggers to reflect each of the cards, and the controller’s gyroscope.
Neon White is not only a tremendously original game, aesthetically overwhelming and with a very pleasant tonality, but it also masterfully executes the strange mixture that it proposes in a game design level. Neon White will be available on December 13 on PS5 and PS4. It can now be purchased on PC and Nintendo Switch.
