MultiVersus doubles the XP needed to complete Season 2 Battle Pass
MultiVersus doubles the XP needed to complete the Season 2 Battle Pass and the community is divided
After a weekend dedicated to ranked matches, MultiVersus players continue to enjoy Season 2 packed with new features such as a new Game of Thrones map and a new Battle Pass with 50 reward stages. However, it is this last aspect that has generated debate among players in its community, since it seems that completing this Season Pass costs twice as much XP as Season 1.
This is how the Twitter user LaisulMV breaks it down, who frequently shares data related to MultiVersus. According to his post, 87,450 experience points are needed to complete the Season 2 Battle Pass, while the first one only required 47,650. Thus, the XP required to get the Season 1 rewards now only allows us to reach level 42 or so.
Although it is true that this effort would change depending on the activated bonuses and other items that drive us throughout the Battle Pass, the players have not taken long to show two positions: on the one hand, there are many users who consider that this it worsens the pace of the game and gives more reasons to opt for the paid packs, but there are also those who believe that this decision allows them to enjoy the feeling of achievement even more when reaching new levels.

Marvin the Martian joins the MultiVersus roster
The news about MultiVersus does not end here, as it seems that the roster of fighters is expanding today with the landing of Marvin the Martian, from Looney Tunes. After the arrival of Black Adam, Warner Bros. did not take long to announce this particular alien among the novelties of the second season, without specifying an arrival date. In this way, the number of playable characters rises to 23, although everything indicates that the authors are far from finished with the implementation of more familiar faces.
After all, it’s important to remember that the fighting title is still in Early Access and has weeks of development ahead of it. This does not mean that we are facing a really fun experience, because, Warner Bros. has managed to make a hilarious game with extraordinary online and a lot of potential.
