Monster Hunter Rise: Feature 120FPS mode on PS5 & Xbox Series X
Capcom confirms that Monster Hunter Rise will have a mode to run at 1080p and 120fps on next-gen consoles from Sony and Microsoft. We do not know if it will also come to Xbox Series S.
The PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X versions of Monster Hunter Rise will feature a High Performance mode that will run at 120 frames per second, albeit with a resolution limited to 1080p. As confirmed by Capcom a couple of days ago, these versions that arrive after the title debuts exclusively for Nintendo Switch and, later, on PC, will be released on January 20 at a price of 39.99 euros and it will also have a mode for 4K resolution and 60 fps.
The 1080p and 120 fps mode is intended, above all, for screens where you can see the jump from 60 to 120 frames per second. In this way, players of the next generation consoles from Sony and Microsoft will be able to enjoy an even smoother experience in exchange for a reduction in resolution. On the other hand, it should be noted that we still do not know if this mode will also be implemented on Xbox Series S.
One of the most complete and fun Monster Hunter
Monster Hunter Rise opens on PC with what is, without a doubt, its best edition. A well-optimized and well-worked conversion that includes almost everything a player on this platform needs to fully enjoy its fantastic choice. It may lose portability (although Steam Deck is just around the corner…) and technically it is not as powerful a title as what can be seen in other productions, but if you want to discover one of the best hunts that Capcom has prepared to date, here you will find an ideal option to do it.
