Infinity Nikki: New spectacular adventure arrive on PS5, PS4, PC & Mobile

Chinese developer Papergames features a veteran of Nintendo and The Legend of Zelda series for Infinity Nikki; At the moment it does not have an approximate release date.
Chinese developer Papergames has announced Infinity Nikki, a new open world adventure for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PC, iOS and Android without a specific date. We show you its first game trailer.
The game will allow us to join Nikki and Momo to investigate a huge fantasy world with freedom and various activities. The power of the different costumes that we can use will help us find our way through this world and live adventures in a game that also stands out for its powerful graphics.
Behind the game is the same studio that recently announced an open world action adventure, the no less spectacular The Perceiver , created in collaboration with 17ZHE Studio. Infinity Nikki is the latest game in the Nikki series , but the previous projects – Shining Nikki , Miracle Nikki and Nikki UP2U World Traveler – have only been released on mobile.

Kentaro Tominaga has joined Papergames as producer Infinity Nikki. His name may not be well known, but he is a Nintendo veteran with a name closely tied to The Legend of Zelda series. He started as an assistant director on The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, he was involved with Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, Super Mario 64 DS, the puzzle design in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, the Wii Fit Plus minigames, and a couple of temples from The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. He led the planning for The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild; he was the content director for its expansion.
His signing adds to the long list of Japanese talent that Chinese publishers are attracting, especially NetEase. Among its most important movements is the purchase of QuanticDream, the signing of Toshihiro Nagoshi – creator of Yakuza and veteran producer of Sega – that of the creative director of Watch Dogs, the purchase of Grasshopper Manufacture, Goichi Suda’s studio, or the creation of GPTRACK50, the new studio of Hiroyuki Kobayashi , producer of Resident Evil .

Tominaga worked on various Zelda titles like Wind Waker, BOTW, Skyward Sword + on Mario Kart Wii and Double Dash.
