Dead Space Remake, an endless horror: the gameplay video shows the first 18 minutes
In just under two months we will see the highly anticipated return of Isaac Clarke with Dead Space Remake: to pass the time, here is the new gameplay video packaged by EA Motive to show us the first 18 minutes of the horror splatter.
The latest gameplay video provided to us by the Canadian subsidiary of Electronic Arts shows the arrival of Isaac Clarke on the USG Ishimura, making us relive the moments of terror experienced by our alter-ego once he discovered he was finished in a real Dantesque circle populated by bloodthirsty creatures and monsters of all sorts.
In this updated version, the cult horror created by Glen Schofield (the author of the new splatter-tinged sci-fi experience The Callisto Protocol) aims to once again redefine the canons of the genre thanks to many innovations which, however, do not distort the original story and gameplay.
The video allows us to appreciate the work done by the Montreal team in the complete reformulation of the lighting system, as well as in the reconstruction of the entire audio sector: there will also be numerous improvements to the combat system, to the enemy AI and to the movements of your own alter-ego (especially as regards the zero gravity gameplay phases, totally rewritten).
The launch of Dead Space Remake is scheduled for the now not too distant January 27 on PC and exclusively on next-generation Sony and Microsoft consoles, then only on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S.
