There is less time left for players to get their hands on Dead Space Remake, the reimagining of the classic originally developed by Visceral Games that will go on sale on January 27 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and computers. To celebrate, publisher Electronic Arts and development studio EA Motive have shared an eye-catching launch trailer on YouTube. Below you can see it in full, although we warn you that it contains scenes that could be considered spoilers if you did not enjoy the original at the time.

Additionally, those responsible for the project have provided a deeper insight into the changes and evolution that the history of the remake has undergone with respect to that of the classic in a new Dead Space blog entry. And it is that, as they have already stressed on previous occasions, the remake will go much further than providing a renewed graphic section. Players can expect substantial changes to the gameplay, along with an expansion to the lore, and of course some brand new sections to catch you off guard if you’ve already played the classic.

Will it live up to the high expectations?

Dead Space is still very enjoyable today, but this remake ensures that it is playable, visually and sonically updated in a respectful way to what we can expect from a great blockbuster for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X / S and computers, so visit it for the first time Once the USG Ishimura or returning to the mechanical and carnal terror of its corridors promises to be a delight for neophytes and fans.
