Company of Heroes 3 announces PS5 and Xbox Series versions

Company of Heroes 3, the Relic Entertainment strategy game will have console versions, although they will arrive after the PC version, scheduled for February 23.
Relic Entertainment and Sega have confirmed the Xbox Series and PlayStation 5 versions of Company of Heroes 3 , the strategy title that is announced for PC on February 23 . Company of Heroes 3 – Console Edition will be released at a later date in 2023 and we present you with new trailer plus console gameplay.
“For the first time, Relic Entertainment is bringing its acclaimed tactical gameplay to console gamers, giving strategy fans around the world the chance to experience the biggest game in series history” says Sega.
The gameplay focuses on a mission from the Italian campaign and introduces a new feature, Full Tactical Pause. Company of Heroes 3 is being rebuilt from the ground up for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S|X and will include a new control scheme that will allow for “maximum precision on the battlefield.” It features an intuitive button layout and readability, making it the best strategy experience on consoles.”
A version adapted for console controllers
Company of Heroes 3 takes the storytelling of the series to the Mediterranean, a theater of immense environmental variety in which players can unlock new tactics, and experience four distinct factions and a wealth of untold stories from World War II. “Explore the new turn-based Dynamic Italian Campaign map for sandbox-style gameplay and an unprecedented level of strategic choice, or head to the sprawling deserts of North Africa for a truly unique single-player experience with a more classic and narrative design,” says Sega.
