Armored Core VI Fires of Rubicon coming to PlayStation, Xbox and PC in 2023

FromSoftware’s Amored Core will return more than ten years later with Armored Core VI Fires of Rubicon, a new installment for PS5, Xbox Series X / S, PS4, Xbox One and PC.
During The Game Awards 2022 gala a new game from the Armored Core saga has been presented. This is Armored Core VI Fires of Rubicon, a title developed by FromSoftware and distributed by Bandai Namco that will arrive in 2023 on PS5 , Xbox Series X/S , PS4 , Xbox One , and PC . A first cinematic trailer has been published that has allowed us to see the tone of this new installment.
“From the legendary minds of FromSoftware, the Armored Core series breaks new ground with Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon . It will arrive in 2023,” says the description of the game’s trailer, which you can see below these lines.
The return of Armored Core
Armored Core VI Fires of Rubicon will be the first game in the series in over ten years. Armored Core V, the last main installment in this series, was released in 2012 for the PS3 and Xbox 360 generation. Later, just the following year, Armored Core: Verdict Day was released for the same platforms. Since then we have heard many rumors about a possible return of this beloved franchise, and even FromSoftware itself confirmed several years ago that it was working on a new game; The latest information regarding this project is from September of this year when we learned that the Japanese developer was looking for a character designer for the new installment.
